What is IV infusion set?
IV (short for intravenous) infusion set is a kind of disposable medical device for infusion therapy, it is used to transfuse I.V. fluid directly into veins.
Normally, IV infusion set is consist of plastic spike, air vent, air vent filter, spike cap,drip chamber,solution filter, drip tube,flow regulator body(roller clamp), flow regulator(roller), latex rubber injection site,luer connector,needle,needle cover. Drip chamber assembly machine
In the process of “load the drip chamber”, now in the most of factories, the six parts (spike cap, spike, solution filter, air vent, air vent filter, drip chamber) must be assembled together in advance by another machine. Then workers put the “finished six parts” into vibration plate of the automatic assembly line by hands. We can also use a conveyor belt to transfer the “finished six parts” to vibration plate.
